  1. I always like what you put on here. Whether it is you saying it or something great someone else said. We all have to learn it from somewhere, right? I especially liked the PMS part. It has been nice to have my monthly pain ease up as I have gotten more in shape. I thought it was the exercise but it probably was the healthier foods too.

  2. you are right. it is hard to keep eating under controle during that time but man it sure helps. Working out helps too. :)
