A new week!
This is a new week and we are ready to go again!
Lets remember the basics.
Count your calories: There is nothing more important than what and when you are eating. DO NOT LET THIS ASPECT SLIDE!!!
Excise: You should be doing AT LEAST 30 min a day cardio and strength training twice a week.
Drink water: This is important. It is a little annoying with the runs to the restroom every hour or so but your body will thank you and it help wash those toxins you are releasing, that are stored in the fat you are losing, OUT of the body!
Keep up the great work! We are going to talk about our workouts tomorrow!

So I rewarded myself last weekend by eating EVERYTHING! Not a good idea. I didn't feel very good. But I'm back on track this morning.

DeleteSome of that "loss" was because I chopped my hair off and had it thinned. :) Our reward should be a road trip to each other's house!! You can even bring your bike. There are some great hills you can train on!
Deleteha your hair isn't 6 lbs....... but close :). I am going to need a road trip for sure!! Like for a moth or so :)
