Im getting started again for 2015!!!!! If you are new to this blog and want to lose weight please start reading the posts from the first ones in January 2015 to get all of the info you will need. I will be going over some of it again but it is the best kick start. Feel free to read one a day and work at your own pace. Sarah's Healthier Pizza. :)
1 8oz refridgerated crescent rolls
1/2 cup tomato puree
garlic salt
dried crushed basil
dried crushed oregano
1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
pineapple
5 slices honey ham diced(I used lunch meat)
pre-heat oven 425

Spray pizza sheet. Roll crescents out onto sheet. Use a rolling pin to merge creases. bake about 7 min or until slightly brown. Remove from oven. spread tomato puree evenly over top. Sprinkle basil,oregano, and garlic salt over puree(use these sparingly).Top with cheese, ham and pineapple. bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. slice into 8 pieces.

150 calories per slice
