Water 2


It is starting to get warm again!!!!  We always need to drink water but as it gets warmer we need to make sure to keep that goal going.  Drinking enough water has alot of benefits. It helps keep you from feeling hungry (alot of time we interpret thirst as hunger).Water flushes out the waste products your body makes when it breaks down fat for energy or when processing protein.  You also need water to transport nutrients to your muscles, to help digest food, and to keep your metabolism working where you want it.  Water is important so drink up!

  1. I was wondering about that. The challenge only requires 64oz of water. We were drinking a gallon before. Is more better? Does even it matter as long as you get the minimum amount of water for the day? Personally, I have to drink more than 64oz. I get dehydrated pretty quick(especially during the summer)

    Add I just wanted to add another "Good Job!!!" to everyone. There really are a lot of good numbers in the challenge as well as the ones on the side of the blog. It's always fun when you see results from your efforts. Way to work hard guys! Keep it up!!

    1. I would say drink more. Most people are working hard to get 64 oz just becasue it is such a change for them.
