Do you ever end your workout wondering, "How many calories did I just burn????" How many calories you burn at any given task or workout depends on your body weight, the duration of your activity, and the intensity you are working out at. The more you weight the more calories it takes to move your body thus the more calories burned. The longer you workout the more calories burned. The harder you workout the more calories burned. So with that being said, feel free to visit this site and find out how many calories you are burning during your daily workouts. I think you might be surprised.

We will talk more about this later. Keep up the good work!
Sometimes the introduction of a foreign body helps. That's the way to burn the calories during daily workouts.
ReplyDeleteAdding weights does up your calorie burn if you can maintain form and not hurt yourself :)
DeleteThe question I really have is : Do I burn more calories walking 2 miles or running 2 miles? In one case you exercise longer, but the other is more exertion. I don't know how long it takes. So... I will walk 2, you run 2 and we can time it! :)
ReplyDeleteWell you burn the same :) I have already done it. The only difference is how much time you put in to the workout. If you run you are done in 20 min or less if you walk 30. That is the great thing about the workout. You don't have to RUN to get the same calories burned!
